Are you unhappy with your treatment or the conduct of your chiropractor and can't reach a resolution together?
Don't let it fester. Reporting your complaint is better for yourself, for other patients, and for the quality of the chiropractor's practice.
Your opinion, suggestions, and complaints matter!
Complaints and disputes
Your chiropractor naturally appreciates it if you are satisfied with the treatment and results. Unfortunately, it may also happen that you have a different experience, in which case it is important for you to express your opinion or complaint.
Talking to your chiropractor
We advise you to always discuss any issues first with your chiropractor. Often, problems can be resolved through mutual discussion. If you cannot reach an agreement together, you can contact the complaints officer of the Netherlands Chiropractors' Association.
Complaints officer NCA
Our external complaints officer, the Central Bureau for Complaints Management in Healthcare (CBKZ), acts with a sincerely interested approach and will do everything possible to try, together with you and the healthcare provider, to find a meaningful and satisfying solution, preferably maintaining the relationship and mutual trust. If this does not proceed to your satisfaction, the complaints officer can advise you on a possible follow-up process. The complaints officer can be reached daily by patients and chiropractors at telephone number 088 - 024 51 66 or via complaintsnca@cbkz.nl.
Dispute resolution
If, after discussions with your chiropractor and with the assistance of the complaints officer, no solution is reached, a dispute may arise. All NCA members are affiliated with the KPZ Dispute Resolution.
Your report will always be registered and may lead to measures to improve the provision of care.
You can see our Complaints Policy here, it is in Dutch.
